Reduce booking uncertainty
Specific verified facts help guests self-select confidently and reduce repetitive pre-arrival questions.
For hotels and tourism places
An independent on-site inspection turns your real work into a certificate that guests, partners and staff can verify. Hotels are our primary focus; aparthotels, attractions, tours, venues and destinations can also apply.
Why the certificate matters
Disabled travelers often call, email and search across multiple sources before making a booking—and still arrive uncertain. Detailed third-party evidence reduces that risk for guests and staff while making the hotel’s investment visible.
Specific verified facts help guests self-select confidently and reduce repetitive pre-arrival questions.
A numbered, time-limited certificate carries more weight than a self-declared accessibility icon.
The inspection identifies physical and operational gaps, including changes that cost little but matter greatly.
Clear procedures reduce improvisation, uncomfortable conversations and preventable service failures.
What you receive
Even Level 1 of the Travel Access Mark is a meaningful distinction. It confirms that the certified guest journey has passed a serious standard; it is not a low rating.
Fair funding, independent outcome
A place may reimburse the specialist’s travel, accessible transport, accommodation, assistance and inspection work. The scope and estimate are agreed before travel.
If the requirements are not met, the place receives findings and can apply again after improvements.
