What you receive
Even Level 1 of the Travel Access Mark is a meaningful distinction. It confirms that the certified guest journey has passed a serious standard; it is not a low rating.
Fair funding, independent outcome
A place may reimburse the specialist’s travel, accessible transport, accommodation, assistance and inspection work. The scope and estimate are agreed before travel.
If the requirements are not met, the place receives findings and can apply again after improvements.
