What a certificate looks like
The property receives a digital certificate and badge with a unique number. Anyone can enter that number in the public register to see the current status, issue date and expiry date.

One emblem, three distinctions
Like the award logic familiar from the Michelin Guide, Level 1 is not a low rating. It confirms that the place has met a demanding on-site standard. Our own emblem combines an open route and doorway, forming an A, with an outer star that signals distinction. Higher levels recognize greater consistency and integration across the guest experience.

The integrity model
No certificate can be issued from a questionnaire, photographs or a video call alone.
The applicant may cover agreed expenses but cannot purchase a certificate, level or favorable wording.
The certificate number, status, dates and important limitations are available for public checking.
One trained specialist collects evidence; another authorized reviewer confirms the decision.
Every issued certificate is entered in the public register. A badge without a matching active record is invalid.
AI may sort, translate and flag missing files. It cannot inspect, score, certify or overrule people.
Validity and renewal
Buildings, routes, equipment, staff and procedures change. Annual validity keeps the claim tied to current evidence rather than an inspection performed years ago.
From application to renewal
We establish the guest journeys, location, readiness and estimated reimbursable costs.
The property shares practical information so the visit can focus on testing and verification.
The inspector follows agreed routes, measures, photographs and interviews staff in person.
A reviewer checks the evidence, decides the outcome and records limitations.
The certificate number, status and expiry go live; credible change reports are reviewed.
The record expires after 12 months unless updated evidence and any required visit are approved.
